jdk环境：java8
已有idea版本：版本
Rider激活2024.1.3
安装版本： 官网下载zip包，解压安装
问题：安装双击出现无响应
正确解决方法：
首先在安装目录bin下，找到idea.properties文件，将以下4行代码释放后，然后在用户目录下创建.IntelliJIdea文件夹。独立于之前装过的版本配置文件目录

idea.log.path=${idea.system.path}/log
原先版本缓存文件位置
创建的文件夹位置下自动生成的目录
最后删除用户缓存文件
如果新安装的idea打开后已经生成缓存目录了，需要删除掉，
路径 ： C:Users用户名AppDataRoamingJetBrainsIntelliJIdea2023.3
最后一步在激活即可
